All orders are processed within 5 days and, in most cases, within 48 hours.  You will be notified by email if an item is backordered or if it will be delayed.

We offer both free and priority mail shipping on products bought from this site. The Cafe Press items unfortunately do not have free shipping..

Returns Policy

We make every effort to give you sufficient information to make your purchase wisely.  Please listen to the clips provided with video and audio items so that you’ll be sure that the item is suited to your needs.  We will provide accurate pictures with comparative size information whenever this is appropriate.  If you have questions, please email us at grannies@granniesrock.com and we’ll be happy to assist you in making the best choice.  We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so please select your purchases carefully.

Unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged box or if the item is defective.  Opened DVDs and CDs can only be returned if they are defective or unreadable.  Replacements must be requested within 30 days of purchase of the damaged or unreadable media. The defective item (complete with all original packaging) must be returned to granniesrock.com along with a return authorization number (issued by granniesrock.com) before we can ship out the replacement.

Please do not return any items to granniesrock.com without contacting us first.  All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number.

Merchandise purchased from our cafepress.com store will be covered by the cafepress returns policy.  Please check these policies at the website.
